Erik Nagel, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of UMT AG since July 18, 2023, brings extensive experience in both the finance and technology industries. He has also been a shareholder of UMT AG since 2013 and Managing Director of the operating subsidiary UMS United Mobile Services GmbH since 2016.

Prior to joining UMS, Erik Nagel held various management positions at well-known companies, including the technology and investment banking division of Deutsche Bank, as divisional board member for strategic investments at WestLB AG in Düsseldorf, and as head of the Financial Institutions Group at Sal. Oppenheim’s investment bank in Frankfurt am Main. Since 2013, in addition to his work at the UMT Group, he has also been active in his own investments and as a consultant and has a trained network in the financial and private equity market.

As a partner in a corporate finance and M&A advisory firm in Cologne, Dr. Guido Bohnenkamp has a first-class track record and a well-founded network in the field of small and mid-cap investments in Europe.

Bernhard W. Langer is a member of the management board of a global asset manager and is responsible for the global equity and quant business. He has an excellent network of national and international investors, fund companies and investors.

Mr. Wagner is an experienced manager and private banking expert with over 20 years of professional experience in serving high-net-worth private clients and in strategic management consulting.
