Change in UMT AG’s Supervisory Board – Tobias Wagner succeeds Manfred Danner
Mr. Manfred Danner has resigned from his position on the Supervisory Board of UMT United Mobility Technology AG (UMT AG) with effect from September 30, 2025. The company would like to thank Mr. Danner for his commitment and valuable contribution and wishes him all the best for the future.
With effect from October 1, 2025, Mr. Tobias Wagner has been appointed as a new member of the Supervisory Board. The Munich Local Court (register court) has approved the Management Board’s application in accordance with Section 104 of the German Stock Corporation Act (AktG) and appointed Mr. Wagner as a member of the Supervisory Board of UMT AG by resolution dated September 25, 2025. The court appointment is valid until the next Annual General Meeting, at which the Supervisory Board will be newly elected.
Mr. Wagner is an experienced manager and private banking expert with over 20 years of professional experience in serving high-net-worth private clients and in strategic management consulting. From 2006 to 2016, he was Head of the Northern Europe Department at Credit Suisse in Zurich. He then served on the Executive Committee of Société Générale SA until 2021. His areas of expertise include corporate management and strategy development in complex market environments, as well as providing comprehensive support to clients across the entire family office spectrum. Since 2021, Tobias Wagner has been Managing Partner of the independent asset manager ULIT Capital AG (formerly Calliopa Capital AG).
