UMT AG publishes Annual Report 2024

UMT United Mobility Technology AG (“UMT AG”) published its Annual Report 2024 today.

UMT AG recorded a gross profit of TEUR 225 for the past financial year (previous year: TEUR 553). Revenues amounted to TEUR 116 (previous year: TEUR 216). Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) amounted to TEUR -778 in the reporting year (previous year: TEUR -150). Earnings before interest and taxes (EBIT) improved to TEUR -779 (previous year: TEUR -31,539). Earnings before taxes (EBT) amounted to TEUR -988 (previous year: TEUR -31,474). UMT AG closed financial year 2024 with a net loss for the year of TEUR -988 (previous year: TEUR -31,492).

In the past year, the focus was on restructuring the company and positioning and further developing the proprietary AI solution “UMS Vision AI”. In the second half of 2024 and early 2025 in particular, this was greatly improved and continuously made more powerful in collaboration with specialists in the USA and India and together with customers from various industries. UMT AG uses its expertise in this area: Depending on the industry and area of application, different AI models are used simultaneously or sequentially to achieve the best possible results. The focus of the UMS Vision AI solution is always on generating added value for the customer through the meaningful optimization of business processes.

“A key advantage of UMS Vision AI is that the direct benefits are immediately apparent to our customers without any training. We solve the interface problem in a simple way and reliably read, check and process even the most complex content, adapted to the respective customer process. Our particular expertise here is the appropriate composition of multiple AI models, tailored to the respective customer requirements, with comparatively low development costs. To address customers across Europe, the sales department was also developed into a professional B2B sales funnel. This structures the sales process in several stages – from the initial contact through to closing the deal. Thanks to automated processes and a targeted approach, we can now efficiently identify potential customers, provide them with individual support and retain them in the long term. We work together with professional sales partners and are constantly increasing the number of so-called “sales qualified leads”. Over the past few months, this has not only enabled us to acquire more new customers, but has also significantly reduced the time from initial contact to closing the deal. We therefore expect strong overall growth both for 2025 and for the years to come,” says Erik Nagel, CEO of UMT AG.

The 2024 Annual Report is available on the company’s website under Financial Reports.
