UMT and TapReason make mobile shopping experience intelligent
UMT United Mobility Technology AG and TapReason Ltd decided to cooperate in the field of product development and marketing. The joint effort primarily involves the expansion of UMT’s current Mobile Payment solution with TapReason’s Artificial Intelligence (AI) platform.
TapReason’s award-winning system predicts real-time user behavior for in-app engagements. The “Moment Scoring” developed by scientists allows to discover positive moments for the user and to address the user with the right offer at the right moment. The aim of the project is to help customers such as big retailers and established brands to better interpret user data and offer personalized recommendations. Core elements such as “deep learning” and “cognitive computing” are used to expand the knowledge of customers’ apps and systems. The technology works for the user like a unique shopping experience that never stops learning and adapts to the user’s needs in real-time.
