UMT United Mobility Technology AG: Member of the Supervisory Board resigns
Mr. Roderich Schaetze, member of the Supervisory Board of UMT United Mobility Technology AG, today informed the Company that he wishes to leave the Supervisory Board to comply with the high corporate governance requirements fully. In the past, shareholders had criticized the multiple roles of Mr. Roderich Schaetze, as a member of the Supervisory Board on the one hand and in the preparation of the annual financial statements on the other hand.
Taking this step, the multiple roles have ended, and Mr. Roderich Schaetze will focus on tax advice and preparation of the annual financial statements of the Group in the future.
Mit diesem Schritt ist die Mehrfachrolle beendet und Herr Roderich Schaetze wird sich zukünftig auf die steuerliche Beratung der Gruppe und die Erstellung der Jahresabschlüsse konzentrieren.
