UMT AG announces cooperation with solaris

UMT United Mobility Technology AG announces cooperation with solarisBank in order to extend value chain

UMT United Mobility Technology AG (ISIN DE0005286108) and Berlin based solarisBank have agreed to enter into a strategic cooperation, enabling UMT to use solarisBank’ banking licence for payment and transaction services.

Thanks to this collaboration, UMT is going to evolve from a technical service provider into a full-service operator and will be able to offer its clients all services around mobile payment from technical processing up to the handling of payments and e-money solutions in the future.

This cooperation is a direct consequence of an ongoing project with a big international corporation.

Subsequently, UMT also expands its services for all existing and future clients and therefore enlarges its range of articles significantly.
