After last year’s successful launch of the mobile payment function as part of the PAYBACK app, additional major PAYBACK partner companies are now relying on the digital shopping services including the payment function. “We are very pleased that PAY is being used at additional PAYBACK partners and that millions of customers will benefit from this easy payment solution. With the successful go-live in 2016, we have clearly proved that our technology can also be used comfortably and effectively on one of the largest platforms in Germany”, explains Dr. Albert Wahl, CEO of UMT AG.

“With our app and the service package including Coupons, Collect and PAY, we are the digital turbo at the partners’ point of sale. This combination of services has skyrocketed us to the Top 3 of shopping apps in Germany in such a short time”, says Michael Eichhorn, Director of Digital PoS and PAY at PAYBACK.

Customers can already collect points and activate coupons at all major partners. The PAY function of the app is currently available at Alnatura, Aral, dm-drogerie markt, GALERIA Kaufhof, real,-, REWE, TeeGschwendner and Thalia. The amount due is paid by direct debit.
